The Capita The Equalizer by Jess Kimura is a high-end directional women’s board with a hybrid Camber shape. Packed with the most advanced ingredients. The wooden core is very light and is lined with all kinds of materials. The bottom side is covered with 2-layer fibreglass, the top with 3-layer fibreglass. There are also strips of cushioning material under the core. These Flax strips give a good rest to the board when the tempo increases and the surface is no longer as flat on the snow. The board has good length and torsional stiffness. The sides are made of hard plastic so that the power is transferred well to the steel side. A board with good grip. The base is made of sintered material and gives you a lot of glide and protection against the inevitable stone under the snow. The topsheet is impact resistant and has a nice print. A bit of a Stranger Things vibe. LOve it!

The Capita the Equalizer by Jess Kimura is a board for advanced riders with a run-out to expert. This is the stiffest women’s board in the Capita line. You can ride it on the whole mountain, but it will feel most at home on the freeride side of snowboarding. Check out what Jess Kimura does on Youtube.
